As a first step in our supplier evaluation process, we ask prospective suppliers to complete our self-assessment questionnaire. The purpose is to provide us with an overall understanding of the supplier’s business and to ensure that fundamental requirements are met.

The self-assessment constitutes the initial stage of our evaluation process and does not create any business relationship or imply that the supplier has been approved as a supplier to Parajett.
